      wonderful benefits and working culture. Smartest people I've ever met.

      Cons

      Such an extreme division of labour and set of rules I eventually felt like I couldn't do much or my role was way too narrow

      Freedom to start whenever you like and it’s drive as long as you can

      Cons

      Gas prices are just killing profit and you have to work a lot of hours to make a decent pay
