      Pros

      Great people I connected with, good company values and mission, good push for diversity and inclusion in workplace.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunities for growth in the Operations field. High turnover of Managers. Employee feedback about SOPs, policies, and practiced never acknowledged or implemented. Company made our team members feel disposable.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
