      Flexible hours can work as needed. Can have free time or work up to 12 hours a day. Can cash out. Have time for work and can log off anytime.

      Cons

      Some days are slower than others. Choose a bigger Metro. Smaller cities like Vegas can be hard at time w the competitive market for transportation.

      You can easily make $20 an hour working when you want.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unexpected slow times you count on and don't make your goal. Also have to get used to GPS and be proactive with directions
