      mission which i still believe serves value to the world. and by world i mean america where public transportation barely exists

      leadership, and most of the decisions made by team. they at least used to be able to hire quality talent. but now...

      Pros

      When I worked there: great people, great work environment, people cared about you, met my best friends there. You get to really impact decisions - there was a hierarchy but all senior levels genuinely cared about your opinion / ideas

      Cons

      It could be very manager dependent, get ready for a lot of org changes
