Pros

company benefits were great before they reduced them just before the pandemic i.e. Lyft rides were initially credits/free then only SHARED rides x/month were comped. lotsa opportunities to work cross-collaboratively & try different kinds of work-- great for folks who get bored in the same workflow for too long

Cons

being the frontline for drivers to express their frustration with company policies, many of which are really terrible for the drivers when the management team @ the Denver HQ removed signs to keep 6 feet apart when the news of the pandemic broke (they said they need HQ approval LMFAOOOO) when the VP of Ops was sitting comfortably in an empty room in a high-rise somewhere while being on a video call w/everyone in the field telling us we needed to stay on-site despite a literal pandemic LOL being asked to come back from furlough during June 2020 for $18/hr having the HQ ops teams constantly dismiss issues on-site staff across the country would surface

Pros

You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

Cons

They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
