      Pros

      Back in 2020/2021 the culture was great and we IPOed which definitely brought a great energy to the team.

      Cons

      The recruiting org specifically felt very toxic, if you weren't part of the recruiting leadership's social club you were disposable.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
