I received exposure to a wide variety of projects from programming to software development. There are very intelligent and helpful team members who are collaborative. The benefits are solid. The working hours are flexible and reasonable.

No cons in working here

I’ve never worked with a better group of people. Everyone in the office is talented, skilled, knowledgeable, professional, kind and just willing to go above and beyond to help each other out. I can’t count the number of times my coworkers have come to my aid when I was stuck on a project or overwhelmed by a tight deadline. We have each other’s backs and it feels more like a small family than just coworkers.

A total lack of clear guidelines and standards for what is expected. This is especially stressful for type A personalities who like to know exactly what’s expected from them.
