my hands were tied to do my job. i had to go through supervisor instead of calling co-worker with a problem or question directly. supervisor would get to it when he could. i never understood that. direct communication would have made all our jobs run smoother and faster, no training for front desk/ check-in staff. medical billers have been doing tasks front desk workers should have done. very stressful. supervisors didn't have their teams backs. only wanted bodies there.
