My experience working at Lyon Martin was nothing short of traumatic. Management has spent 15+ months engaging in union busting which cost dozens of staff to leave this year alone. I am now an ex-employee and know the union busting is still occurring. Upper management do not care about the communities they serve but rather lining their own pockets. They do not listen to staff concerns about our own needs for staff wellness changes. Or requests we've made to make things better for patients. They keep staff around that don't do their jobs while punishing those who do. They are incredibly racist - even going so far as to DELETE a black member of staff's goodbye email and teams message when they quit and called managament out for the racial discrimination they experienced. Lyon Martin is currently run by selfish, greedy, people who uphold white supremacy within their organization. They engage in nepotism, hiring friends almost exclusively to fill up management positions and do not care about the staff that fight tirelessly to unionize and provide better patient care.
