      LYB gives its co-ops actual assignments that are both meaningful and challenging. If you take initiative, you can really learn a lot and contribute to the company during a co-op term.

      Cons

      LYB is a company that doesn't directly give housing to its co-op students. Makes finding housing "somewhat" tricky.
