Lyondell has the false perception they bought Basell and Basell wasn't smart enough nor strong enough to argue the arguments. If you are one of the chosen ones you advance rapidly, if not you stagnate. Preach safety, however safety and some of the managers are the first ones to insist on performing an unsafe act.
