      Good corporate spirit - great people to work with - lifelong friendships

      Cons

      Performance review system changes every 2 or 3 years - requires putting everyone in a group in the middle, with 1 poor performer and 1 excellent performer, which is unfair when there may be several excellent performers and no poor ones. Has to fit into their ratio.
