- No Room for growth - Raise practically impossible to obtain - Pay is not competitive to the market standard - Politics within Managers + Leads + Directors - Managers micromanage + provide little to no feed back - Managers "Quiet Firing" - Directors "Quiet Firing" - Overworked - worked on weekends and 12hrs+ for certain projects - does not include overtime payment - A lot of movement and changes within the organization for the worse - A lot of Managers are not good managers : Managers focus on the negative things, a lot of micromanaging, abuse the WFH system + punish others who need to WFH
