Pros
Completely create your own schedule, fully remote, streamlined and extremely reliable EHRS, very supportive management, positive and inclusive company culture, great pay, amazing benefits, generous leave policies, fantastic resources to help clients (many graduate having accomplished more in two months than they did in years of regular outpatient—seeing so much growth is unbelievably rewarding), constant access to continuing education, and appropriate and reasonable expectations across the board
Cons
It’s hard to pinpoint cons (and they feel minor compared to the pros) but there is a lot of emphasis on clinical success which can make working with complex clients a little more complicated, and bonuses are very generous and reasonable to attain but it would be nice to have less variable income
