Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

You are constantly held back and tried differently depending on who you are. The leaders can hire their family members and friends to work under them in the department. The training for all employees is different depending on if the leads and managers know you are not. People not familiar with the leaders and managers and who do not kiss up are put into a maze of trying to prove themselves but continue to get held back even though most have more degrees and experience than the people allowed to move up. They will put your mental health at risk daily even though this is a mental health company.

Pros

Great culture. Great people. Great benefits. Good pay. Excellent work life balance. So much work to do. Lots of growth opportunity

Cons

It is busy. There is no shortage of work to do. Some managers have grown in their roles and built a solid career for themselves at Lyra. They’re great partners to work with. Other managers don’t know what they’re leading, and cause confusion for the business, constantly moving the goalposts.

Pros

Working here is incredible. The organization balances rapid innovation with the highest standards of clinical care to expand access to quality mental health support. Management genuinely cares about the team, offering competitive pay, excellent work-life balance, and dedicated leaders who foster a supportive and inspiring environment

Cons

The company is scaling rapidly right now, so you need to be adaptable and willing to pivot as processes evolve. While I personally enjoy the momentum and growth, it could feel fast-paced or draining for someone who prefers a static routine.
