Lyra is fast growing and doesn't hesitate to give large responsibilities to all of its team members - regardless of seniority and years of experience. The leadership team does a good job of creating a competitive but friendly culture.

Cons

Still a young company so not all the processes are ironed out, but we consistently make progress

Pros

The culture, even at the executive level, is to be willing to get your hands dirty and go to the ground floor where the sausage is made. There is dramatic growth and a fast pace for those that get bored easily. Career opportunities are endless because of the growth. CEO is the best CEO I've ever worked for.

Cons

It is a bad place to work if you want to punch a clock. Also a bad place for work for people that like a stable state. Be ready to work hard, be compensated accordingly. and to move really fast.
