Pros

• Mostly good knowledgeable people. • Salary/rates are decent and sometimes higher. • Casual dress code, but some people actually showed up in almost PJs, or like going to a club • Good variety of high profile projects • Decent benefits (which is slowly declining)

Cons

• Management does not know how to save when the going is good. They spend like the money is never going to end and a little tough time comes by, they get rid of key employees to save a few dollars and keep lower level or people with less skills, competency, loyalty. So its a culture of pointing fingers, CYA, temper tantrums. A roller-coaster of a company. • Management does not know or want to embrace change • A engineering and technology/construction company run by finance people. Yes, the org chart actually has Finance department over all other business units, hence the philosophy is to cut costs than business development or invest in it's people • Costs come before loyalty or talent • Too many kings. No proper communication hence lots of duplication of efforts. • Nepotism - this is a big one. You don't really have to be efficient or know much, do much, or provide great service if you are a relative/friend of one of the 'root' managers • Lots of profanity. Don't expect professionalism while talking to anyone.
