Pros
At one time, MCD was a great place to work. Full of great projects and tons of potential. Paid well and they worked hard to keep employees satisfied.
Cons
At some point, the CEO lost his grip on reality. Everyone became a number to be cursed at, insulted and degraded publicly. The mucky middle management turned over and over, like discarded plastic caught in the ocean waves. Great employees began bailing the company in droves. What's left are folks who are so beaten down they are use to cowering, and they are so stressed out they take it out on each other. There is no harmony. Only discord and chaos. Leaving MCD was the best thing I ever did, which is tragic to say - because they were a once great company turned sour by the CEO's constraint rain of insults and poor example of management.
