Pros
Decent benefits. Use to be better than other companies offered. However not really competitive anymore, found better be idiot packages being offered from other companies now than M C Dean has. Flexible work hours and telecommute option for some people depending on the position.
Cons
CEO needs a reality check. Degrades employees and thinks the employees are the problem regarding the down turn the company has taken. Doesn't seem the know the problem starts at the top and the changes need to be made with his management skills and people skills. Thinks he is BETTER than everyone else, a very materialistic man. Take away his expensive toys (boats, jet skis, plane and under used unneeded multiple mansions) and he would see he is a person no different than his employees. Worst part about this is he highly publicizes the material life in face of hundreds of people being laid off.
