Pros

I can not name 1 con to this place of hell.

Cons

Over worked &. Under paid, no lunch breaks allowed , no family life; extensive meaningless training, upper management degrades sales consultant and bully to no end. It’s really sad that favoritism is played as a pawn. excessive emails and phone calls on off days with no breaks. we have been told this is a 24 hour 7 days a week job! So if you want to be treated unfairly, over worked and under paid MI Homes Dallas is the place for you.

Pros

Employee events Profit sharing Annual bonus Home discount Garage parking

Cons

Certain leaders are extremely toxic and micromanage, yet have no clue what is going on with their own department. Lack of autonomy. Lack of support if you have a concern or suggestion, unless you are a golden child. HR sees the issue(s) but turn their heads to save their own jobs. Things change quickly and often without warning. This change isnt communicated well, and once a mistake is made prepare to get scolded. Lack of continuity between departments; one area's staff always dressed like they crawled out of bed and were rarely in the office, while another had to dress business casual and were in the office 5 days/wk.
