I have worked at M2S for over 10 years. In this time M2S has provided me with amazing growth opportunities. I have worked my way from an entry level position to a management position. M2S values its employees and offers a work/life balance like no other.

This is a growing company which means there are sometimes resource restraints. If you are willing to work hard and put in the time you will be recognized for it.

Great people, large mill, there is a lot of projects to do of a varied nature. Management is accepting of new ideas.

Union has a lot of control. They will get people into trouble and fight management on direction. It makes it hard to impossible to get your tasks done when you can't do it, and the people that have to do it reject it. It's also career limiting.
