The opportunity to work on world-class projects around the Globe with incredible engineering challenges. The culture is very healthy and most folks seem to have a “can-do” attitude and approach engineering challenges with enthusiasm. Healthy work/life balance and plenty of autonomy to find innovative solutions to projects. Mentorship is great as there are some titans of engineering employed at M3 that can pass on many years of experience to up-and-coming designers. It’s great to have an opportunity to know your work truly matters as you solve complex problems in an industry that the whole world relies on.
