Pros
M3 gave me my first opportunity in the engineering field. M3 as a company believes that an education is good, but hard work and determination is even better. I started off as a drafter, but worked my way up into a design position. The benefits are amazing and almost untouchable in the engineering field. The (4) 9 hour days and half day Fridays give you the opportunity for a healthy work life balance.
Cons
I left M3 for another engineering company for a year and realized how fortunate I was to work at M3. If you like a no nonsense career that has management working side by side with you on projects than M3 is the place for you.
