M3 Employment - Engineer M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. Employee Review

Company is going in a different direction ever since co-Owner passed away in 2016. Seems like new philosophy is that employees are replaceable and their valuable assets are the company trucks, computers and etc. There are no reviews to gauge where you are at and instead Supervisors give out raises to their favorites. Supervisor in Chandler office is not very well liked and all of the persons that have left have been because of him. His buddy is the office manager and therefore backs him up in everything. The company is not very open to ideas or opinions and instead they just keep doing the same mistakes over and over and over.
