Pros

Above-market compensation compared to many companies in the industry. Being part of a large global organization provides exposure to enterprise-scale operations and well-established processes.

Cons

After working in SAP technology here for the last five years, I have found limited long-term career growth and progression opportunities. Although the company promotes an open-door policy, my personal experience has been that employees do not always feel comfortable raising concerns or challenging decisions. In my experience, the work culture within some management teams in India has made the workplace unnecessarily difficult, with leadership practices that could be more transparent and employee-focused. I have personally observed a noticeable decline in work ethics and overall culture since around 2021. Job security has become a growing concern. Rather than formal layoffs, I feel that employees may sometimes experience an environment that encourages them to resign voluntarily.

Pros

I used to love working here. I love the people I work with. The level of clients we get to work with is great. National, International brands.

Cons

Frequent reorganizations, salaries are not even keeping up with inflation (which is not a "merit" increase, additional responsibilities for no additional compensation, frequent layoffs and offshoring. When layoffs occur, there are always several positions / responsibilities that are not backfilled and no longer owned by anyone. Changing work from home / hybrid / full time back in office policies continue to change. Employees no longer trust the leadership. There is no stability. There is no incentive to do great work. It has not been valued.
