- Below market pay for position - Pay high dollar for managers that are not qualified - Top heavy organization so there are many managers - some do not even have subordinates - No growth since they onboard many high level positions hoping that their connections will bring in new business - Much of upper management is there because they know someone and is grandfathered in - Inappropriate office relationships between managers and subordinates - Poor work/life balance - If your boss feels threatened by your skills or doesn't like you as a person then you will be let go - Toxic environment - High turnover rate in all departments
