Good Environment but less growth - Senior Linux Administrator MAHLE International Employee Review

I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.

Benefits are good. Vacation time and pay are good.

The environment is toxic. There is high favoritism. The supervisors talk about the rules which I follow, but they are not enforced to their favorites. The lazy people within that favorite circle get away with everything. Many of the employees are like children. Restrooms get trashed. Too much socializing go on. Employees are constantly using their phones, which are against the rules. There is so much complaining from employees who talk about others on things which they are guilty of themselves. There is too much backstabbing from two-faced hypocrites. If you are thinking about working here, do not talk to anyone other than work related things. If everyone would be adults and do their jobs, this would not be a bad place because the job itself is not that hard.
