Free makeup and fun events.

Cons

The most negative environment that I ever worked at. Almost everyone felt undervalued. Extremely short staffed! Many good people left the company because there was no room for advancement. New people were neglected and not trained properly. They don’t care about work life balance and will make you do multiple people’s job instead of filling vacant positions. If you value your sanity, stay away!

Generally nice work environment. Good work life balance. Super creative and dynamic team of professional make up artists. Some wonderful senior management and team members. Professional artists that build the product line are so talented and educated. They are the lifeblood of the company and should be treated as such. They are what makes mufe special in a crowded market and keep the connection to the purpose/conception of the brand.

Cons

Lack of opportunity to move on and up even after proven success and nothing but positive feedback. Newer hires promoted toxic work behavior, unpleasant vibe started to form that was not typical for this work environment. Negative team members overpowered the positive , creative vibes and camaraderie that made MUFE special.
