Pros
The culture is not overly heirarchical, and indviduals at any level have potential to shine. There are few, if any, executive "percs". No assigned parking spaces for the top dogs, so to speak. Still, some of the divisions employ many ex-military so those cultures are different.
Cons
No investment in employee development and growth. Training opportunities are focused on getting employees credentialed to charge higher rates to government. That's fine, but there is no management training, no employee development/mentoring, and no money to help individuals trying to take external classwork. Total lack of diversity, except at lower wage scales. Good old boy network reigns supreme here. The benefits in the corporate unit are lousy. You can get average benefits in some of the divisions, though, 'cause the benefits vary by division.
