While I worked there I experienced harassment by mid management. The mid management have favorite people who help with their family businsses or praise them. But if you are not the "Brown Nose" type, you may get in trouble. Do not cross paths with the favorites. The company also has NO idea about how to manage technology. If they give you a task, that is the only task you will be working on as innovation is frowned upon. It's basically a dictatorship where the team lead has to be followed under all costs. There are people there who have no knowledge about the products / tools that they are assigned to work on, but no one can question them as they are the favorites. Not sure why the Client/Govt Does not say anything, as this is an open secret.
