Aggravating, back-stabbing by unqualified supervisors and upper management. - Logistics Analyst, Associate MANTECH Employee Review

Supervisor was hired on and did not qualify for the position. The position clearly stated that the position required someone with at minimum, a bachelors degree. This individual only had his High School diploma, with absolutely no leadership skills at all, and was in charge of several individuals with bachelor and master degrees. He had to make up crap and lie about the other employees to try to make himself look better. We were not allowed to talk to upper management to give our side of the story, and HR simply told us to "TAKE HIM OUT TO LUNCH"!
