Pros

ManTech is a great place to work, They reimburse for certifications and even pay tuition for career related degrees. By using the ManTech Mobility Program, employees enjoy upward mobility and long term employment. By leveraging SkillSoft and partnership with Perdue, employees stay trained and educated to be ready for new opportunities. The 401K is performing great and it’s easy to use, I started contributing immediately and they started matching after 90 days, I’m fully vested after 2 years. Managers and leaders are highly motivated to help others achieve goals. The new Career Enablement program is goal focused rather than ratings focused, its been great so far, still have merit increases too! The corporate culture is great! They are actively involved in providing community service to those in need, even the remote recruiters get a chance to contribute. Onboarding was seamless and the team made sure I was welcomed and valued.

Pros

Working at ManTech has given me the perfect balance between my career and personal life. The flexible work schedule and remote options make managing daily life stress-free, and the generous vacation time means I can actually disconnect and recharge when I need to. On top of that, the education benefits are incredible—the company actively invests in my growth by covering tuition and certifications, making it easy to advance my skills while working.

Cons

On the downside, the day-to-day experience can be a bit of a gamble because your work-life balance and schedule flexibility depend entirely on the customer and contract you support. If you end up on a rigid client site, those perks can feel pretty limited. Additionally, the medical benefits are just okay—they cover the basics, but they are nothing spectacular compared to what other government contractors offer.
