Descent salary and training budget.
Cons
No bench, cliquey, complacent and prima dona senior staff, racist junior management, and no mobility within company. Company tends to put young, immature, and with little life experience, in management positions, to supervise seasoned professionals. Lack of in contract wins resulted in many young professionals being given "two day" notices.
