Pros
ManTech provided very good HR assistance, and was respectful to all of the employees at our worksite. There were numerous opportunities for career progression.
Cons
The time differences between the worksites and the corporate headquarters made it tough to get an immediate response if the requested information was submitted late in the day. While in Iraq, the only time that I could talk with the Program Manager was after work hours.
