      Military friendly company. Oppourtunities for additional training. 401K and Employee Stock Option Plan. Resonably priced medical benefits with multiple options. Jobs available around the world.

      Cons

      Limited oppourtunity for advancement outside of Washington DC area. Limited exposure to management when geographically seperated. Education money can only be used to persue degree related to current position.
