Terrible toxic company, relocated for nothing - ASA II MANTECH Employee Review

Management, co-workers all constantly lie and stab each other in the back. Toxic work environment. Relocated with my husband who also works for mantech just to be lied to by not only management and Mantech. Paid $20k to move and was told there was no relocation assistance…. That was bs after reading through the HR regulations. Leaving our positions soon because this place and company is so toxic. The management will burn you in a heart beat and purposely create a hostile work environment for you with any rumors they hear about you from other co workers. Not veteran friendly and they get mad anytime you bring up taking mil leave or drill weekends. Management expects you to “offset your drill weekends with other guard members”. That isn’t even legal btw. Harassment from GS employees and mantech just cowards at them like they are Demi gods. Management expecting you to put the job before your own personal safety. Management berating and yelling at employees in front of other employees and the customer. Management constantly writing up memorandums for record on every employee for every mistake they make threatening to turn them into HR. Management and the customer making up rules that aren’t in writing. Management can telework when they have a headache, but employees have to take PTO? This place is toxic, in 5 months of being in this position I can’t wait to leave it. This location has stressed both my husband out more than any other job including being in the military to the point where we no longer sleep at night and have been forced to get new jobs and even talk to lawyers to see if there is anything that can be done. Basically this move was the worst decision of our lives.
