Little upward career growth, I've been in the same job for over 10 years. They pay you a lot lower than you should be getting. They have set quota's on you yearly ratings; for example if you have 5 people who are all exceptional performers, you can only rate one at the highest level, 2 at the next lower level and the rest of them even lower. Our yearly pay raises are tied to the yearly performance ratings.
