      Pros

      Onboarding process was the best ive ever experienced, provided with contacts to all supervisors for questions, weekly updates to questions. good pay and culture.

      Cons

      Talent retention program was not helpful, I had the best metrics and for the DHA while on the project as the ISSO. I followed the process to stay on with the company on another project and was not reached out to.

      Pros

      ManTech truly understands how to welcome new talent. Over my 10-year career, I’ve been through several corporate onboarding processes, and ManTech’s is easily the gold standard. The recruiting team was transparent, responsive, and highly organized. When it came to onboarding, everything was streamlined, modern, and stress-free, allowing me to focus on getting up to speed rather than fighting bureaucracy.

      Cons

      It's a large government contractor, so expect the standard compliance and paperwork requirements, but the team makes it as painless as possible.
