Profit driven and evident Across several different programs in several different locations internationally Leaders require more and more effective mentorship. HR is slow to move on reprimanded problem employees or assisting leaders in recording issues with difficult with mployees. Failure to support leaders in austere environments in a timely manner. To quick to release good leaders after failing to provide the requested support to fix issues with employees or the customer.

ManTech truly understands how to welcome new talent. Over my 10-year career, I’ve been through several corporate onboarding processes, and ManTech’s is easily the gold standard. The recruiting team was transparent, responsive, and highly organized. When it came to onboarding, everything was streamlined, modern, and stress-free, allowing me to focus on getting up to speed rather than fighting bureaucracy.

Cons

It's a large government contractor, so expect the standard compliance and paperwork requirements, but the team makes it as painless as possible.
