Pros

Decent benefits other than hourly wage especially for education. Company claims to have good career advancement but being newly acquired I have yet to explore the career advancement portal.

Cons

Constantly getting bought out by other companies. 4 acquisitions in 3 years. And Mantech was recently acquired by a capital investment firm. low pay for employment requirements. Starting at less than 40k yearly for a position that requires IAT II cert and a secret clearance. This point is probably not true for Mantech as a whole but more indicative of my team. Nepotism in hiring decisions means even if you are qualified and willing to take the low pay you will probably lose out to a relative of Sr management or someone currently working there. The team has a wide variety of ethicities/races/genders etc but only getting one star for Diversity because of the Nepotism.
