They are always thinking ahead and improving our tools, benefits and other support services, but then go a step further to follow up with training. Personally, I never feel I'm "on my own." Every time I've contacted our company support staffs for help - HR, IT, etc. I never have a doubt that no matter how big or small my question or issue may be, it is important to the ManTech team.
