Pros
I've noticed that there have been some positive reviews left here- probably HR/recruiters did it because NO ONE WANTS TO WORK HERE. Everyone's leaving like flies and it has become worse nowadays. New hires eventually end up not coming because they already know. Winning recompets come with pay cuts for people who have been working hard and loyal to the company. Way to go!
Cons
Favoritism and rotten to the core. Some people get to work only 5-6 hours a day and don't get in trouble just because they have connections or are closer to their managers. Some others- you wish you can even take full 30 minute lunch breaks. Pay is extremely low, again unless you are in the loop They are losing contracts and are not winning any. Customers are getting really upset at this company, so they have no future basically.
