Pros
Above average salary with great benefits. Lots of opportunities for continued education. Upward mobility seems to be pretty consistent for men but female coworkers expressed no movement out of scheduling and coffee-fetching roles so I immediately recognized this wasn’t a career company. But it works as a stepping stone. CEO is very kind.
Cons
Not much really went on. Tasks had little to no purpose. Received multiple quid pro quo offers and stomach-twisting comments and questions from male management and senior leadership. “The boys club” are obsessed with talking about their cars, motorcycles, and salaries but didn’t have much intellectual depth. Boring.
