      Pros

      Large company that offered decent benefits package and training.

      Cons

      Low balls salaries and heaps on workload. Did not backfill as people left the department and just kept distributing the workload to an already stretched thin department. Once acquired by Carlyle Group the ManTech I was hired by faded away.
