      Pros

      ManTech is such a positive motivating company to work for. I was hired 3 days ago and I feel more than welcome and just like family. The Onboarding process is very clear and concise and I am really looking forward to this journey on the ManTech team!

      Cons

      No clear remote work opportunities at the moment however, in the current economic climate I understand and ManTech needs to do what's best for the company etc. Hopefully more hybrid opportunities will open up.
