Pros
Only cons people land up writing is good people and alot to learn. But here is the thing 1) when every one in the company is struggling and slogging whole time, you tend to help each other. 2) When you don't know most of the stuff everything for you become learning. MAQ Software is just HTML/JS or Android development basic company. Yeah they do project on C#, sharepoint etc. but again its just basic web development. Have more to your carrier than just regular web development
Cons
Management is real bad, they just want you to deliver forgetting you personal life. And its like, every rank above is making the rank below take the burden. Worst part, the entire company knows about this, and they still not doing anything for the same. One word, dun join !
