Pros

Good Salary: By default Good Hike: Sometimes, it is independent of work but depends on your buttering Nature Banana: No other option, you have to manage with this only Tang: To keep you Hydrated, such that you can work for more than 15 hrs in one go You will get some good minds to work with if you are lucky enough

Cons

Work culture in Mumbai and Hyderabad is pole apart. Mumbai Team: If you are working with Mumbai team from Hyderabad location, then you are dead They will treat you like slave, even they don't know anything about project since they have more experience than you (just in number) As per them, they are right in everything, so you don't have right to argue, just say yes in everything In the mid of any serious discussion, they can raise voice like your tshirts should not be round neck Their only motto is to keep director Happy, on top of client happiness They will start comparing technical background with their team mates. No Man !! Hyderabad Team: Full of talented guys Manager are supportive Client oriented thinking, that's cool

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

There is no any pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
