Pros

I would say no pros in working with this company. Politics all over and no one will be recognized for their efforts. More over you are a slave over there. You may be fired any time for no reason unconditionally. No one can build their career working over here.

Cons

1. Poor management. 2. Useless infra. 3. No basic needs (like cab and snacks atleast) 4. Hire and fire mechanism (I don't know whether I will get fired tomorrow) 5. Useless projects (just to change fonts of pages) nothing else. 6. No fun in work. We should work by leaving our personal life's. 7. No respect for an individual or a team. 8. No job security. My pen will drain if I write more over here.

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

There is no any pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
