Pros

None that I can think of. Water tastes like water. Coffee tastes like coffee.

Cons

Work pressure is too high. For a company of less than 500 people, there is a lot of politics. Long working hours.....Useless management at the top who would just keep insisting that the company is doing great. No respect of employees, Very bad work environment, Jungle is the right word to use since people just work here for money like animals just care about food. Out of 220 employees in Hyderabad...only a handful are having job-ex of 2 yrs or more here....For a serious balanced professional life never ever join this company...HR in the employee are being fired for coming late. Even the same is implemented for employee working in the company. No Job Security. No fringe benefits. Worst thing there is no safety for women. No company provided cab and if a women employees leaves late there is no security guard provided by the company. They don’t care if something happens to women employee on the way going back late. Company rule says that come on time but manager says complete your work staying late in office. The company CEO’s and Directors are working like recruitment agent. The single biggest problem to solve is the recruitment and that is the job of the directors working in the company. The middle managers are only the communicating agents, what the directors are telling them. There are only 3 negative change agents in the company.

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

There is no any pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
