It's scam don't go for it - Software Engineer-1 MAQ Software Employee Review

Nothing here is good. 1. Your Work-Life balance will end from day one of joining. (minimum 12 hours a day (if you are lucky), if you are an intern\full time, then you have to attend Bootcamp session on Saturday as well (they think you should know everything that is going on MAQ and they have Bootcamp sessions of 12 weeks where you learn nothing at all.). In short, if you join the company, your life is only MAQ. You are not allowed to have a personal life at all. 2. Most of Technical Project Managers are rude and not at all understand your situation. They just wanted you to implement client requirements in a day whether it is possible or not. You will not get a chance to understand anything properly. 3. Your Team will change every 2-3 months as per resource requirement. So you will end up with a "jack of all and master of none" situation. They randomly assigning projects to anyone and kick out to anyone even if he has created the whole model from scratch itself. 4. There is no Coding in this company. They only create Power BI report for client, so anyone having knowledge of SQL can join the company. (PS. they are hiring from A1 Colleges of India saying multiple technologies stacks they have, but once you go there your life will ruin.) 5.You have to compulsory pass some certification by reading dumps in 2-3 hours before exam because you don't have to extra time to learn something new if you enter in this company. 6. Salary CTC they show to freshers will be higher to attract them out but please don't go for it, even CTC is high then only 60 % CTC will be converted to actual on-hand income. And you will end up in scam they are selling. 7. In this pandemic when other IT companies are continuing their WFH till next year, they summoned all their employees to work from office. There is no humanity at all to them. 8. Around 50-60 people left the company in the last month (even if they don't have backup jobs in other companies). They are actively hiring for SE1 post (whoever is reading this just don't apply here, you deserve better, you are human not a machine, don't go for it) PS. Glassdoor should start having rating range starting from zero.
